Welcome to the LLM Brand Tracker (“Service”), a platform developed by Seshes AI for analyzing brand presence and visibility across Large Language Models (LLMs) and traditional search engines. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the LLM Brand Tracker to:

  • Generate visibility and presence reports for your brand
  • Explore LLM performance comparisons across GPT, Claude, Gemini, and others
  • Manage keywords, prompts, and analytics within your brand profile

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its associated systems
  • Attempt to access data or user accounts you are not authorized to access

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of data as outlined in that policy. The app uses OAuth-based access to third-party platforms such as Google Analytics and Search Console. Your credentials are securely stored and used only for generating your reports.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, visualizations, and analytics produced by or for the Service (excluding your own brand prompts and data) are the property of Seshes AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the platform without express permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

LLM Brand Tracker uses AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) to analyze and generate responses. These models may produce inaccurate or biased outputs. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses or citations.

7. Availability and Performance

The Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to system failures. Some reports, particularly those involving high prompt volumes, may take several minutes to process or require background execution. You acknowledge that performance may vary across environments.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your access to reports and stored data may be removed, unless otherwise preserved for auditing or legal purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seshes AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
